How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Most items can be returned, but some exceptions apply. Items marked as final sale, custom orders, and clearance items cannot be returned. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
